Erin is the owner of Back In Touch Wellness Center. She is a member of a family of massage therapists. Erin's modalities include Swedish and CranioSacral Therapy. She is also certified in prenatal and infant massage instruction and is one of the Co-Leader's of the Nashville BirthNetwork.

Elyse McMeen, LMT
Elyse has been a massage professional for six years and a beneficiary of massage for many years previous. Her modalities include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, and Neuromuscular Therapy. Elyse is also certified in Prenatal Massage. Many of her clients seek massage to help them deal with repetitive use injuries and chronic pain. Others recognize the benefits of her work in helping them prevent injuries or as part of a larger wellness program. Whenever possible, Elyse will provide postural tips, stretches, and suggestions for possible lifestyle changes. It is always her hope that a client can continue to feel healthy and pain free long after he/she leaves the massage table.

Jacob Hopkins, LMT
Jacob was introduced to massage therapy at the age of 12. His father suffered a back and neck injury. As part of the treatment, the doctor gave him a book of various massage techniques. He would read the book and follow the pictures to apply the treatments to his father. He was amazed at the relief it gave him. Several years later after being intrigued by Eastern philosophy, he found his way back to massage, studying at the Natural Health Institute. Jacob specializes in more therapeutic modalities of deep tissue, myofascial release, and trigger point release; all of which he blends into a single treatment. He also does Reflexology and Thai massage. Jacob believes that massage is not only good for the body but good for the soul.





Carey Hardinson, LMT
Carey graduated from Cumberland Institute in Brentwood, TN in 2004. Her modalities include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage and Lymphatic Drainage. Carey is a former massage instructor and enjoys sharing her passion for the work. She believes wholeheartedly in the connection between mind, body and spirit and hopes to bring that connection to her clients. Carey creates a unique session with the client’s needs in mind and offers a nurturing and healing massage.





Sara Siemens, LMT
Sara received her massage therapy license from the Institute of Therapeutic Massage and Wellness in Davenport Iowa. Her modalities include Deep Tissue, Swedish Relaxation, and Sports Massage. Sara's goal is to provide elite quality massage therapy, and it shows. Her enthusiasm and compassion to help others goes above and beyond. "I want to help increase mobility and range of motion for the athlete, or the busy mom. There simply is no limit to quality care or quality of life." For Sara, it really is about meeting the needs of the individual. The desire for each session is energizing greater success for the client while promoting positive healing.




Joy Kanies, LMT
A Licensed Massage Therapist since 1998, Joy Martin Kanies comes from a background of health and healing modalities.  Born in Ottawa, Canada, and raised in Nashville, Joy grew up in a family whose lifestyle was immersed in yoga, meditation, massage, and nutrition. Joy also draws on her experience with Reiki, energy work.

From 2003 to 2006, Joy trained in Homeopathic Medicine, at Nashville School of Homeopathy, earning a certificate.

Joy is the proud mother of four sons. They enjoy hiking, rock climbing, and outdoor activities.

Drawing from the knowledge that each of the healing arts provides, Joy feels confident that she can intuitively meet each person with therapy according to their present needs.  Massage Therapy is an essential part of a preventative, healthy lifestyle. Feeling a strong need to provide people with a complement to mainstream medicine, and a real chance to relax, she is excited to offer her services at Back In Touch Wellness Center.





Kristina Guisler, LMT
Kristina pursued her massage therapy education after years of personal interest in holistic healing, nutrition therapy and yoga. She graduated from Cumberland Institute in Brentwood in 2006. Kristina specializes in Lymphatic drainage, Acupressure, Swedish relaxation and Deep Tissue massage. Her goal is to deliver a unique and thoughtful massage based on your needs at the time and to assist you on your journey of health and well-being. 








Heather Reagan L.Ac  M.A.O.M
Board Certified Practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Heather Reagan, L.Ac  M.A.O.M, recently relocated from Los Angeles, California, in order to spread her knowledge and power of traditional Chinese medicine.  Heather is passionate about healing the mind, body and spirit holistically through various modalities of Chinese Medicine.


“I have been interested in complimentary alternative medicine my entire life,” Heather declares.  “I sought out Chinese medicine for the first time 13 years ago for chronic respiratory infections and found the strength of Chinese herbs over powered all of the western pharmaceuticals I had been treated with in the past.”  

 
Heather specializes in women’s health and internal medicine.  Her patients are treated for a variety of conditions with several modalities in traditional Chinese medicine.

Nancy serves as Director of Membership for the Society for Spiritual Regression. She is a certified hypnotherapist, and her practice includes Clinical Hypnotherapy as well as Past Life and Life Between Lives Regression. Nancy holds a Respondere, Qui Docet Dicit, and Teaching Certificate in Applied Metaphysics; is a member of the National Association for Transpersonal Hypnotherapists, and trained in Life Between Lives Regression with Dr. Michael Newton.

Nancy studied the structure and the controlled use of the mind for eight years with a private educational institute, researching scientific methods of experiencing expanded states of consciousness. She taught applied metaphysics for 14 years before entering into private hypnotherapy practice in Nashville, Tennessee.
