Our Updated COVID policies, 01/28/23:
At Back In Touch, we are following an abundance of caution and safety to ensure that everyone in our Center has a safe experience. We will revise these policies as changes in condition warrant.
- Masking is encouraged, but no longer required. Our practitioners will mask at your request, and masks are available from the front desk.
- Our reception space is now open when our Office Manager is available at the front desk, otherwise you will still to be admitted if the door is locked. (615) 329-1046
Below is a list of what we are continuing to do at Back in Touch to ensure your health and safety, and a list of what we ask of you as our beloved clientele:

-sanitizing touched surfaces after use.
-washing and sanitizing our hands before we touch you.
-sanitizing our treatment rooms in between use.
-removing unnecessary objects from the waiting rooms.
-providing masks on request.
-running HEPA air filters in the Center.
At Back in Touch we ask you to please:
-cancel your appointment if you have fever or any symptoms of illness. You will not be charged.
-use the public hallway bathroom before or after your appointment, if possible.
-follow your therapist’s lead in conducting the entire appointment in the treatment room, including payment and rebooking.
-purchase gift certificates online rather than in our office.
We hope all of this is clear and understandable.
