PU SANFORD, LMT

Pu is a native of Thailand. Having grown up where massage therapy is an important part of culture and health, she decided to attended The Natural Health Institute in 2004 and become a licensed massage therapist (LMT).
Pu focuses on the individual needs of each client to achieve the best results. She specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone and Thai massages as well as Kinesiology taping. Pu's work is committed to the belief that massage therapy contributes to greater balance and overall well-being for everyone.
KRISTINA GUISLER, LMT

Kristina pursued her massage therapy education after years of personal interest in holistic healing, nutrition therapy and yoga. She graduated from Cumberland Institute in Brentwood in 2006.
Kristina specializes in Swedish Relaxation and Deep Tissue massage and can integrate Myofascial, Lymphatic Drainage, Acupressure and CranioSacral into any session. She also offers a 60-minute session of CranioSacral Therapy. Her goal is to deliver a unique and thoughtful massage based on your needs at the time and to assist you on your journey of health and well-being.
FRAN OVERALL, LMT

Fran graduated from Cumberland Institute Holistic Massage School and became a Licensed Massage Therapist in Tennessee in 2012. Prior to massage, she obtained a MA in Clinical Psychology and a BS in Recording Industry Management. She is also a Licensed Alcohol & Drug Abuse Counselor in Tennessee. She has chosen a variety of careers that help people - from experiencing the positive effect of music to making lifestyle changes.
There are many different reasons to get a massage. Sometimes you just want to relax, turn off your busy mind, let go of stress and tension, get in touch with your body, and connect at a deeper level. Other times, there are specific physical or emotional pains, headaches, areas with restricted range of motion, and things that get in the way of your enjoying your life, and you come to massage for help. Whatever your needs, Fran will individualize the massage to you.
Fran's passion is John Barnes Myofascial Release! She has taken 10 courses from John Barnes, and recently worked directly with him in Skills Enhancement Sessions at his treatment center in Sedona, AZ. Other massage modalities she can integrate into sessions are Cranio Sacral Therapy, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage for head & neck, Shiatsu Accupressure, & specific muscular stretching. Fran loves to learn and will including Reiki, Pet Massage, Watsu, & more LaStone Therapy in her next continuing education.

SUZANNE SHAMANSKI, LMT

Suzanne is a graduate of Potomac Myotherapy Institute in Washington, DC. An experienced therapist, she blends from a number of modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Lymphatic, Hot Stone, Craniosacral, TMJ work (including intra-oral), LomiLomi and Breema to provide relaxation with therapeutic touch for a renewed sense of being. Suzanne is also a Pre-natal Massage Specialist.
LEIGH ASHFORD, LMT

Leigh is a 2013 graduate from the Cumberland Institute in Brentwood. She sees massage as an important tool to help people manage the stressful pace of life. Massage is an opportunity to get away from the world for a little while and to focus on self-care, whether it is to relax and de-stress, or to boost the immune system, or to work out stiff and sore muscles

MELISSA MOORE, LMT

An experienced massage therapist, Melissa specializes in Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy and Myofascial. She can also incorporates cupping into her massages, upon request. Melissa's massages have been described as both therapeutic and healing. She believes that massage therapy can enhance anyone's life whether they have physical or mental ailments (i.e., anxiety and depression). She believes the benefits of massage are endless.

HADEN CONNERS, LMT

Originally from Nashville, Haden is a licensed massage therapist and Certified Reiki Master. Her belief in the mind-body connection drives her passion for healing. She specializes in Reiki energy healing, breath work, TMJ dysfunction and Reflexology.
Haden also offers hot stone, Deep Tissue, Swedish and pregnancy massage, facilitated stretching, among many others. When she's not working as a massage therapist, you can find her hanging out with her dog, gardening, painting or practicing yoga.
ASHLEY MILLIGAN, LMT

Ashley is a graduate of Cumberland Institute in Brentwood, TN and has been a licensed massage therapist for over 15 years. Her modalities include Deep Tissue, Swedish and Reflexology. Massage sessions with Ashley are described as nurturing and intuitive. Her goal as a therapist is to help clients feel relaxed and pain-free.
KATHY GUDITIS, LMT

Moving to Los Angeles in 1984, a foot reflexology session inspired Kathy's interest and dedication to holistic healing. She graduated from the American Academy of Reflexology in 1991 having studied with Bill Flocco, a world renowned instructor. Certified as a Swedish massage therapist from the Santa Monica School of Massage in 1995 and as an Acupressure practitioner in 2005 from Touch Therapy School of Massage, Kathy brings an intuitive clarity to her integrated bodywork. She recently became MBLEX board certified in massage therapy.
After relocating to Nashville in 2015, Kathy became certified as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer in connection with her group aqua fitness classes (cardio, arthritis and stretch) at the Sumner County YMCA in Hendersonville. She is dedicated to the YMCA mission of service to others and enjoys empowering members to improve their health through her fitness classes.

Susie Schott, a 2008 graduate of the Natural Health Institute, massage therapy provides the extra edge to help her clients "stay in the game" of healthy, balanced living. An active participant in tennis, yoga, walking and golf, she has experienced firsthand how massage helps not just in recovery from injuries and surgeries but also in prevention of those setbacks.
With soothing Swedish technique as a base, Susie blends in deep tissue, trigger point, lymphatic, pre-natal and chronic illness techniques as indicated to create a nurturing session for each client.

HANNAH INGRAM, LMT

Hannah has focused all of her academic & vocational efforts into helping others cultivate & maintain holistic wellbeing. As a massage therapist, she has spent the past 7 years working in an array of settings from spas, chiropractic offices, sports clinics, you name it! As a forensic psychologist & student of Ayurveda, she considers the totality of the individual in her sessions of healing.

She uses her history in office work to support the center to maximize availability and support staff. She studied psychology at Volunteer State Community College. When not in the office, she is spending time with her family and her cat, reading, writing, and learning new and old crafts alike.

CARRIE ELIZABETH WILKERSON
Energy Work and Intuitive Counselor | Owner, Back In Touch Wellness Center
Carrie is the owner of Back In Touch Wellness Center and a hands-on Healer and Intuitive Counselor. Through her teaching, consulting, writing and healing, Carrie has been assisting organizations, communities and human beings in their transformation processes for over 12 years. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, cum laude, and earned her Master’s degree from the Human and Organizational Development Department at Peabody College, Vanderbilt.
Carrie is also an ordained minister in the Universal Life Church. In 2008-9, she experienced a profound awakening and began to have spiritual visions and energetic healing abilities. Since then she has studied and apprenticed with healers to develop her hands-on technique working with the chakras and her intuitive skills, and has assisted hundreds of clients in their transformations.
