Yoga means
to
unite, to create balance, to merge with wholeness. In this series, you
will learn step-by-step how to unravel stress, optimize alignment, build
inner strength, and quiet your mind simply by stepping on a yoga mat
and creating space for yourself to relax.
Vinyasa Flow
Level 1/2This class is designed to release inner
tension, build strength, and lengthen and tone the body, while
challenging you in poses to discover your subtle energy and release
holding patterns
in the body.
Restorative Class:
This class is designed to help you
restore health and find balance again. Restorative yoga helps with
recovery from injuries, surgery, or prolonged physical conditions, and
overall life stress. Restorative yoga can help have a breakthrough in
your healing and release on a deep level. The hour is spent relaxing in
extremely comfortable positions and allowing the body to unwind
naturally, relieving the nervous system and restoring a healthy balance
to the body and mind.

Pre-natal
yoga has proven extremely beneficial before, after and during the
birthing process.
The practice of yoga helps to counteract some of the
physical symptoms of pregnancy including muscle tension, fatigue and
swelling. Benefits include increased energy, improved sleep and an
increase in relaxation response. In this class, new moms will be
challenged and relaxed, toning muscles and releasing tension through
sequences of poses and breathing exercises designed to help mom through
pregnancy, labor and beyond. Baby will benefit too!
Laughter Yoga
We're continuing Laughter Yoga Social Club meetings at

Our laughter yoga club gives you easy and fun activities to experience
energy and joy and benefits your cardiovascular and immune systems as
well as your emotional, social and occupational lives. Laughter yoga is
a great way to
get energized and feel good.
