Our Policy for Canceling, Rescheduling and No-Call/No-Show Appointments:

We understand emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least a 24-hour notice so we have time to schedule another client.

NOTE: Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than a 24-hour notice OR missed with no call or no show will result in a full price charge of the scheduled service.

Cancellations via email are not accepted and
will be subject to penalty.
