PU SANFORD, LMT
​Pu is a native of Thailand. Having grown up where massage therapy is an important part of culture and health, she decided to attended The Natural Health Institute in 2004 and become a licensed massage therapist (LMT).
Pu focuses on the individual needs of each client to achieve the best results. She specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Thai and lymphatic drainage massages as well as Kinesiology taping. Pu's work is committed to the belief that massage therapy contributes to greater balance and overall well-being for everyone.
SUZANNE SHAMANSKI, LMT
​Suzanne Shamanski, licensed massage therapist, has provided bodywork in the Nashville community for over 20 years. With a B.S in Botany and a B.S. in Medical Technology, she found her true calling as a multi-disciplined massage therapist.
Massage modalities include: Swedish, Deep Swedish, Prenatal, Geriatric Massage with elements of Mysofascial Release, Lomilomi and Principles of Breema. Specialties include: Upper Body Lymphatic and cranial work, external/internal TMJ and Polarity Energy Balancing.While honoring the body's innate restorative wisdom, sessions with Suzanne blend massage and energy techniques. Clients describe her massage as thorough and intuitive. Gardening, thrifting, travel and general mischief occupy her spare time.
LEIGH ASHFORD, LMT​
Leigh is a 2013 graduate from the Cumberland Institute in Brentwood. She sees massage as an important tool to help people manage the stressful pace of life. Massage is an opportunity to get away from the world for a little while and to focus on self-care, whether it is to relax and de-stress, or to boost the immune system, or to work out stiff and sore muscles
Her work has a base of relaxing Swedish massage, and integrates elements of Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, fascial release, Acupressure, Cranio-Sacral Therapy and gentle stretching. She is a certified Practitioner in Lymphatic Drainage Technique, a modality that helps move fluid through the body in order to reduce swelling and inflammation, and to support the immune system.
ASHLEY MILLIGAN, LMT
Ashley Milligan is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Intuitive Energy Healer, and Conscious Breathwork
Facilitator. She began her journey into the healing arts over 20 years ago when she graduated as a massage therapist in 2001 from Cumberland Institute in Brentwood, Tennessee.
Her massage is custom designed according to the client’s needs, integrating multiple modalities such as Deep Tissue, Swedish, Myofascial Release, Aromatherapy, Craniosacral Therapy, and Intuitive energy work.Conscious Breathwork is a passion for her as it has helped her on her healing journey. KEELY CROSS, LMT
Keely, a licensed massage therapist since 2016 from Santa Barbara Body Therapy Institute, brings a holistic touch to healing. Her intuitive psychic gifts infuse her sessions, crafting tailored experiences that align with her clients' body and energy needs. Open to it, clients may receive intuitive insights, visions, and guidance.
Her massages are a harmonious blend of diverse styles, a tapestry of deep tissue techniques like myofascial and trigger point therapy, interwoven with the subtlety of cranial sacral work and the depth of energy healing. FRAN OVERALL, LMT
Fran graduated from Cumberland Institute Holistic Massage School and became a Licensed Massage Therapist in Tennessee in 2012. Prior to massage, she obtained a MA in Clinical Psychology and a BS in Recording Industry Management.
She has retired her licenses as Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor and Chiropractic Therapeutic Assistant in Tennessee. She has chosen a variety of careers that help people – from experiencing the positive effect of music to making lifestyle changes.

Fran’s passion is John Barnes Myofascial Release! She has taken over 10 courses from John Barnes, and recently worked directly with him in Skills Enhancement Sessions at his treatment center in Sedona, AZ. Other massage modalities she can integrate into sessions are Cranio Sacral Therapy, Reiki, Reiki with SomaEnergetics Solfeggio Tuning Forks, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Shiatsu Acupressure, Lymphatic Drainage for head and neck, and specific muscular stretching. Fran loves to learn and will be including LaStone Therapy with Crystals from LaStone founder Mary Nelson, Polarity, and Pet Massage in her next continuing education.

MEGAN M. GANN
Office Manager
Megan is an experienced office manager who specializes in creating a harmonious workflow for clients and practitioners alike. She uses her history in office work to support the center to maximize availability and support staff.
She studied psychology at Volunteer State Community College. When not in the office, she is spending time with her family and her cat, reading, writing, and learning new and old crafts alike.
CARRIE E. WILKERSON, M.A., M.MFT, O.M.
​Owner/President
Carrie is the owner and president of Back In Touch Wellness Center. Through her teaching, consulting, writing and healing, Carrie has been assisting organizations, communities and human beings in their transformation processes for over 20 years.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, cum laude, and earned her Master’s degree from the Human and Organizational Development Department at Peabody College, Vanderbilt. After having a profound life transformation as a result of doing her own personal healing work from childhood and family trauma, Carrie made a major career change and became an Intuitive Counselor, Energy Healer, and Ordained Minister in 2009. She took ownership of Back In Touch in 2012. In 2022, she graduated with a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Lipscomb University, expanding her offerings to include trauma treatment with EMDR, somatic work, and other modalities for individuals, couples, and families. She is currently completing her requirements for full licensure.

When she is not serving clients, Carrie is enjoying time with her family of 4 wild and wonderful children and her loving husband, walking her dogs in nature, dancing, writing, dreaming, or having fun with friends.
